Link Aadhaar With PAN Card

To link Aadhaar card to PAN card, you will have to visit the official website of Income Tax (NSDL), Where you can register a new account and link your Aadhaar card to PAN card in the profile section.

By linking Aadhaar card with PAN card, there will be no problem in RTR or any kind of business related work and you will be able to do your work easily.

To check the status, you can login to the NSDL website and check in your profile section. Apart from this, you can also check your status by going to the check PAN Aadhaar link page.

How to Check Aadhar Link with Pan

In the warning issued by the official website and legal authority of Income Tax, it has been told that it is mandatory for you to link your PAN card and Aadhar card by 31st March 2024.

Under Section 139AA, it is mandatory for all taxpayers to link their PAN card with their Aadhaar card while filing income tax returns.

If the Aadhaar card is not linked to the PAN card by the last date, then a penalty fee ranging from ₹500 to ₹1000 may be imposed on you.

If you are filing tax return then the PAN card status should be active and Aadhaar card linked show on the website www.incometax.gov.in.

If you do not link your Aadhaar card to PAN card then you cannot file ITR nor can you claim refund through your PAN card.

If the Aadhaar is not linked to the PAN card, the financial facilities of the bank can also be limited. That is, if you do not link your Aadhaar card to the PAN card, then the limit for cash deposit in the bank may not exceed Rs 50,000.

To avoid any kind of financial facilities, make sure to link your Aadhaar card with PAN card.
