- First of all open the Mobikwik app,
- Click on the Pay Later icon,
- Scroll down and click on Chat with us,
- Now the Help & Support window will open in front of you in which you have to select the I’m facing issues while using ZIP option,
- Select the I am not able to use ZIP for merchant payments option,
- Select No in the did the solution resolve your query field,
- Now a message box will open in front of you in which you can write a 50 characters long message to the support team that you are not able to use Pay Later,
- The support team will answer your question within 24 hours.
By following these steps, your pay later facility can be activated or the reason for closure and the date of start can also be told, so be sure to follow these steps.
Another way to Use Mobikwik ZIP Pay Later
If you are not able to use the Mobikwik ZIP Pay Later facility, in that case you can update the Mobikwik application from the Play Store. From 25 August 2024, the Pay Later facility was temporarily discontinued for old customers in the Mobikwik application, which is being said to be started in September, for this you will have to update the Pay Later application from your Mobikwik.
Deactivate ZIP Pay Later Account
Many people believe that if you deactivate and restart your Mobikwik ZIP Pay Later account, then they will be able to use the Pay Later credits. but its completely wrong, because you will need to pay the activation charge again to activate it, and there is no guarantee that you will be able to use it later.
